There were many highlights but certainly the most rewarding was knowing that what we were doing would have a long-term impact in establishing a relationship between Sanda University, Wenzhou University and the Hydrology Bureau of Zhejang Province and U of I Extension. As we talked and met with the various faculty and officials, it was clear that there are common goals that can be attained. And that all groups can greatly benefit from continued communications and joint projects.
