Babies are born with unique capabilities and parents influence their development. University of Illinois Extension Champaign County and University of Illinois Public Television Station WILL have partnered with each other to feature 60-second real-life commercials for television about how children think, feel, and learn. These spots, produced by Talaris Research Institute, air during WILL children's programming and can also be viewed online at www.pbs.org/parents/earlylearning.
