USDA Food Safety Mobile in Champaign-Urbana
The USDA Food Safety Mobile visited Champaign-Urbana to demonstrate proper food safety to shoppers at local grocery soters. Participants received a free food thermometer to test for appropiate temperatures when cooking meat.

An interactive, hands-on journey for 4th and 5th graders in discovering the human body by walking through a simulation of the body, entering through the mouth and exiting by a sneeze through the nose.
