This Sports Nutrition project teaches fitness, nutrition, and how the body works. It explains the fallacy in some food myths and helps youth understand the relationship between food choices, proper exercise, and athletic skills. Ideas for a few high-energy snacks are included. Activities are great for small group learning and meeting outlines are like lesson plans.
