The Cass/Schuyler Youth Leadership Academy is a program designed to engage and challenge Junior Class high school youth in the development of their leadership capacity. Participants become better prepared for higher education and to be community leaders. Leadership training activities concentrate on both understanding one's self and the leadership process, as well as the skills to put this knowledge to work.
