Just for Teachers
University of Illinois Extension – Bureau County provides area schools with educational, hands-on programs that serve to enhance and supplement curriculum areas. Program materials and presenters are available through the 4-H Program, Family Nutrition Program, and Master Gardener Program volunteers. School enrichment programs are provided at no or minimal cost. Some school enrichment programs are designed to be delivered by Extension staff, and others are available on a check-out basis to be taught by the teacher. Curriculum has been aligned with the Illinois State Goals for Learning. See our complete listing of current programs available.
