4-H club Secretary and Treasurer's books are due to the Extension office by August 31st! No club will be allowed to be reorganize this fall without an audited Treasurer's book. Also this year information has to be reported to the IRS for each individual 4-H club Tax Identification Number. So the sooner you can get your club's books into the Extension office the better. Thank you.

The Bond County Pork Stand letters and sign-up sheets will be mailed out soon. If you have a date that you as a 4-H member are able to work the Pork Stand, please fill in the time and dates you are available. There are several dates marked on the schedule as CLOSED or FFA members.

Fill out the sheet during your next meeting and return it to the Extension office. This is a great place to meet lots of people who visit the Bond County Fair.

The Bond County Fair is only a few short months away. Therefore, below is a 4-H building work schedule. It is very important that each club works a shift at the building. Please make sure your club time slot is covered by the club and/or parents of the club assigned. The reason that your work shift is covered is to "protect" the displays.

Set-up: Wednesday, July 30^th from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or by special appointment.

- Theme for 2008 Bond County Fair is

At the Home Economics and General Project Show Day we will be handing out Hog Raffle tickets that can be sold to your friends, neighbors, family members, etc.

The tickets will be priced at one ticket for $1 or 6 tickets for $5. Make sure you stop by the table and pick up some tickets! There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize awarded. Once the prizes are confirmed, they will be printed on the tickets. Thank you to everyone who has sold Hog Raffle tickets in the past.
