Mike Roegge

Unit Educator, Crop Systems

Mike Roegge earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Agronomy from University of Illinois.

Roegge is a board member of the Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of their Ag Committee. He belongs to the John Wood Community College Horticulture Advisory Board. Roegge is treasurer of the Western Illinois Sustainable Ag Society Board of Directors.

Roegge is a member of the Illinois Extension Agricultural Association (IEAA) and the National Association of County Agricultural Agents (NACAA) and the American Society of Agronomy.

His professional awards include the University of Illinois Extension Outstanding Program-Team Award, Illinois C-FAR Outstanding and Innovative Team Research and Outreach, and the Association of Illinois Soil and Water Conservation District Distinguished Merit Award.
