Gardener's Palette

Creating Garden Magic was the 2008 theme of the Gardener's Palette on March 1^st. There were more topics than ever this year, offering something for about every interest in gardening. Sessions included:

2. Miniature Landscape Design: Elf/Fairy/Railroad Gardens
3. Buy One Get One Free – plant cuttings and more, hands-on
4. From Ratatouille to Tabouli – great recipes, using fresh garden produce - taste them all
5. A Night at the Spa – herbal products for everyday use: relax, laugh and make items to take home, hands-on
6. Vegetable Gardening Essentials – great backyard gardening tips
7. Reaching for the Sky – vines, from the ground up
8. What's Bugging You – tools for the diseases, weeds and insects that may be invading your space
9. Great Gardens Need Great Soil – the 'real dirt' on improving your soil
10. Expanding the Beauty into Autumn – bulbs, annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees that deliver a stunning array of color from late summer to frost.
11. The Trouble with Trees - why tress thrive or not, hands-on
12. Youth and Gardening – fun, magical ideas for kids and adults, hands-on
13. Grapes for the Home Garden – ways to enhance beauty and food value
14. Perennial of the Year – an amazing look at 15 years of beauty
