  • EZregs - Making Sense of IL Ag and Hort Regulations
  • Farm Doc
    The goal of the farmdoc (farm decision outreach central) Project is to improve farm decision-making under risk through education and research. To meet this goal, the farmdoc website provides Illinois farmers with comprehensive and integrated risk management information and analysis. Publications, decision tools and databases related to a variety of risk management issues are found throughout the site. Subject matter sections cover finance, marketing and outlook, management, law and taxation, and policy. Specialty sections are devoted to the AgMAS (Agricultural Market Advisory Services) Project, crop insurance, farmland owners, prices and weather, and ag web resources.
  • Illinois Agritourism
    The site includes a discussion of what agritourism is with several examples, information on business development, resources, upcoming events, and an Ask the Expert section.

    Farm Direct helps you find fresh, locally grown food by connecting you directly with Illinois farmers.
  • Illinois IDEA
    IDEA-Initiative for the Development of Entrepreneurs in Agriculture-was created by University of Illinois as a statewide initiative. IDEA conducts research, develops educational products, and provides services that encourage farmers to incorporate entrepreneurial strategies which direct their marketing efforts to meeting consumer demand.
  • The New Ag Network
    Three universities --Michigan State University, Purdue University, and the University of Illinois -- have joined resources to bring seasonal advice to field crop and vegetable growers interested in organic agriculture.

  • Center for Progress
    The Tax Counseling Project is excited to offer one-day "tax blast" events in five new Illinois communities. Working with local community partners, the Project will offer free and electronic tax preparation services in Effingham, Karnak, Quincy, Macomb, and LaSalle/Peru.

    To bring together Tri-State area leaders to define common issues; To develop an on-going dialogue to effectively address those issues; And to improve the quality of life of the entire tri-state region through economic development activities.
  • Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials
    Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials provides staff to develop and administer programs and policies which further the efforts of local governments and aid the economically disadvantaged throughout the region.
