Youth Involvement
Statement of Purpose: The Youth Involvement Action Team is committed to making Brown County a better place for all youth by providing activities that the youth desire, that encourage involvement for all ages, and for the betterment of Brown County.
Goals Accomplished:
Raised enough money to landscape the Joel Oliver Memorial Swimming Pool by holding bake sales and car washes
T-Shirts have been purchased from donations and money raised by team
Planters at 4-way stop - joint venture with Health & Social Services Team and BCHS Industrial Arts Class
Landscaping at BCHS and BCMS cleaned up BSS!
Projects in the Works:
To raise enough money and awareness in community to build a skate park
Movie Theater
Will meet with Palmyra's Youth Council in the spring
On-going fundraisers for other small projects
