Statement of Purpose: The Health and Social Services Action Team is committed to assuring access to and developing health and social services for Brown County residents.

Goals Accomplished:

• With assistance from the Brown County Democrat Message, a published Brown County Wellness Directory
• Public Transportation for anyone who needs it WCMTD
• "Citizens Against Underage Drinking" committee formed (CAUD)
• Health Screenings for various purposes held on an on-going basis
• Highlighted RSVP works in Brown County
• Back to School Fair for students (immunizations, supplies, etc)

Projects in the Works:

• Help with needs for EMS/Ambulance Service
• Health screening on SIP days for all teachers (hearing and vision)
• To have a "Medical Minute" during church services
