Statement of Purpose: The Education Team is committed to raising expectations to improve education.

Goals Accomplished:

Focus on Results has been implemented and in 3rd of 5 years in our schools
Poverty Simulation Workshop for Brown County
Yearly Real Life Simulation for BCHS students
Teacher and Support Staff Appreciation Committee established
Secured area businesses to provide financial support for catering needed on Professional Development Training for school staff
Developed and completed teacher retention survey
Held teacher and staff appreciation dinner social
Provided flu shots on-site for teachers at deferred cost
